OPC UA question

Hi Jaroslaw, what version of System Platform are you using ? I have faced similar situation , that's not standard behaviour and there are some patches to fix that problem depending on the version. Definitely don't accept this as normal behaviour. It should automatically reconnect, but there could be multiple variables such as Siemens OPC UA server content change so it won't accept an existing connection. I have faced issues on the Simantic OPC UA server which fails to provide continuous connection whenever there is a PLC program change. When it comes to OPC UA server , the only singular vendor/ product i can vouch for is Kepware, gives you full flexibility on the OPC UA server side

This HotFix addresses the issue with CDP 2023.1 P02 OI Gateway, where tags were randomly getting stuck in Quality 0020.

Would there be any reason why you can't go P04 ? Maybe a live site or re-validation ? Currently 2023 is P04 , and i would recommend going to the latest patch to fix other issues ( patch release readme will tell you all the issues that have been resolved )

Yes, I am aware of all Patches and HF to patches :) for 24/7 production sites changes are not easy. Lets see if HF resolve issue :)
