Hallo,
have a problem with publishing tags via MQTT OI Server.
SP2023R2P01
Due to other problems with this machine, we have carried out a complete reinstallation.
Basically, we have configured the system exactly as it worked before and also runs flawlessly on the redundancy partner.
It is using an MQTT Publisher Connection to access Galaxy data and publishing it to an MQTT Broker
The connection to the MQTT broker is ok and is registered on the broker.
The problem seems to be with publishing.
There is a connection to the Galaxy, browsing is also possible
I can also access the objects via the Platform Manager / Object Viewer on the machine.
I see the following error message in the log:
Consumer::DoConnect - Connect to PCS Provider failed!, 15000ms TIMEOUT!
We have already implemented the following measures:
- Checking system functions in Common Services Portal
- Verification of certificates (root, thumbprint...)
- Reconfiguration SMS on AOS via Configurator
- Executing the Network Utility Tool and OS Configuration Utility
- Deinstallation und Reinstallation Platform Common Service (8.0.2)
Any help would be much appreciated!
