I cannot get the alarm sound/beep to play on secure viewer thin clients. The beep works fine on the server.
In the help files there is a page called "customize the audible alarm". This explains that this feature works for secure viewer and web thin clients. However if I follow the steps and open the .app file with a text editor is does not contain the parameters that they mention.
I also found another answer within these forums from back in 2015 that I need to call it up in the graphics script. I tried this also but no success, however I am not great with scripting language.
I am using Indusoft v8.1 SP5.
