Yes it does work. You will have to create a docker container with something like Ubuntu, then follow the Help instructions for Mobile Access and CGI. You must enable the CGI mode from Mobile Access Settings.

If you have apache2 problems consider:

chgrp -R www-data /root/
chmod -R 2750 /root/
