Historian Web Client (On-Prem) slow loading time

Question

Hi, 
 When opening the Historian Web Client it takes some time before its ready. Is this normal behavior? 
 In this test the web page is opened locally on the Historian server with url: https://localhost:32573. 
 
 Windows Server 2022 
 SQL Server 2022 Standard 
 Historian 2023 R2 
 Microsoft Edge Build 131.0.2903.70 
 
 When exploring the Edge browsers Developer tool -> Network while loading the web page these steps stands out:

Capturing details from DevTools is helpful. Most of the XHR requests run in the background and shouldn't block the UI, but the times for those specific loads do appear slower than what I see on a basic VM setup. Please save the ".har" from a short session and share that with Tech Support, along with details about your setup, such as the patch/SP level.
