Hi, can you please assist with this issue?
Using AVEVA Historian V23.0.004 and have this issue:
On the runtime and the trend program, we are unable to see the details of the tags that get selected.
The data is being received from the historian as we are able to see the tag list and the trend is plotted on the graph, but no data is shown.
However, the trend client is working fine when viewed at the Historian PC.
The trendclient is defaulting the font size to 825, which is causing the current problem.
Have changed the settings on the trendclient to 8 or 9, but it will revert it back to 8.25 in the IDE but on runtime it converts it back to the 825.
If the app is deployed again, it will revert back to the default if the setting is manually changed.
Have confirmed that the limiter on the windows is set to “,”.
The information window at the bottom of the trend client is missing details.
The columns are there, the data gets populated, but we cannot see it.
Is there a way/s to resolve this issue?
