We made an observation that the value of a STRING Tag is not updated on AVEVA Insight if an empty string is pushed to Aveva. Do you have any idea why this happens?

What method are you using to publish information to Insight? By default Insight utilizes the following mechanisms when you upload data.. you may want to check the settings to see if this can be modified to get the desired behavior.
