Aveva Insight Production Run Automatic Control Stopped Working

This week the automatic production run start/stop that was setup for our POC has stopped working.

I have checked the PLC tags and they all look to be correct and through the publisher to the aveva insight.

I have toggle my tag in the PLC and the trending a data in aveva insight reflects the changes.

Any thoughts. The only thing that has changed i the last week is we went form the trial licence to a paid one.

    If you are still encountering this issue, please contact technical support to open a case with development.

    We will need your tenant ID and any equipment names that are showing the problem.

    If it is only happening on one piece of equipment tied to a single tag, then it is possible that two production runs somehow got started on the equipment which development can investigate.
