Hi Arul, ITAA is configured for both Intouch Servers like a RDS server, it works as Active active system instead of a primary and standby system. So the problem is not Intouch but rather the problem is the URL. You can create a separate web server that redirect the URL based on availability of the two ITAA servers or use a redundant hardware/ VMware which can spin the two Active servers based on availability.
