IO Communication Stops when selecting Tags in HistTrend w/Scooters and Scale

Question

Hello everyone, 
 I have a question regarding InTouch. 
 Currently, there are 30,000 Tags selected with LogData. 
 In WindowViewer, when using HistTrend w/Scooters and Scale -> Historical Trend Setup -> Select Pen Tag, it causes the entire WindowViewer to freeze without communication, logging, or the ability to operate, until the Select Tag window appears. 
 Has anyone encountered this issue before? Thank you.

The same issue occurs with Tag Viewer. When I enter partial text and press Enter to select a Tag in Tag Viewer, the entire project also halts. I later discovered that manually setting the processor affinity for View.exe to multiple CPUs via Windows Task Manager resolved the problem.
