Good day Everyone, does anyone know if Secure Gateway for InTouch Access Anywhere requires a license? We have a client who is currently using ITAA and wants to if know they will require an additional license in order to use/implement Secure Gateway?

Greetings!
As long as you keep to running view.exe I believe no additional license is required for InTouch Access Anywhere as long as you have your TSE licenses and Supervisory Client licenses in place. The Ericom software used is locked for this exe only. (you can not use the Aveva ITAAinstall and Secure Gateway to use for example notepad.exe through the same technology)
This is at least what I have been told and experienced in previous projects.
But to be honest answers to licensing questions keep changing from release to release so I would verify with your local distributor to be sure (and have an official statement to fall back on).
I would say that any answer from anyone else than an AVEVA representative (witch I'm not) is mostly based on experience and could have changed in a new version/release/flex/nonFlex/Package.
