InTouch SSO login supported authentication methods

Hi Ramazan, hope you are doing well ! You can use Azure AD which is supported within Intouch to use OIDC and SAML 2.0 ,the above works in a hybrid system and needs a gateway to Azure AD server. If you do not want to go through the online route , you can use Authlite in conjunction with Active Directory ( LADP ) and Intouch to support OIDC and / or SAML

Actually I was asking if these methods are supported by InTouch built-in windows authentication without any additional third party software. I couldn't find a detailed documentation of InTouch regarding the method of OS based user security.

The built-in Windows authentication ( not just for AVEVA , its applicable to any software ) does not have the ability to provide SAML or OIDC , you will definitely need a third party application.
