There is no backspace key in the number keyboard of InTouch, only the clear key. Can we add a backspace button to this number keyboard?

The InTouch keyboard doesn't resize or position, but it does have a backspace key. Our clients are using a lot of scripts to call this numeric keypad, which can adjust its position, text size, but can't backspace, which confuses them.
