In our project we have Intouch Unlimited InTUnl-02-N-231 license.
We have a Windows Server for InTouch.
We have 7 client machines (Win 10) which are managing the operation in cascade. So the data (tags) should be common for all.
We have unlimited web client license but it is not feasible since the functionality is limited with web. We need to run 7 clients with Window viewer apps.
I tried to connect the application in the server as a network folder from 7 client machines, but I get the warning that we can run only one client and do not have sufficient license to run a second client.
Alternatively I tested to use multiple clients with RDS and connected different client users to the server at the same time by RDP. I could run more than one client since we have unlimited RDS client license but these clients run separate sessions which the tags are not updated commonly. Each user runs with its own tag values.
How can I solve my issue in this project to run an Intouch application on the server and reach it from 7 different client computers with window viewer (not with web client) with my customer's license. Is it possible with the license we have?
