Long/Slow InTouch View ( 2023 R2 SP1) Application Startup Times and Microsoft Defender on Windows Server 2022

I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced extremely long InTouch application startup times when using Microsoft Defender on Windows Server 2022. Initially, our InTouch application took around 10 seconds to start with the old antivirus(Symantec Endpoint Protection). After switching to Microsoft Defender, the startup time increased to almost 5 minutes. Following the AVEVA recommended exclusion paths, it improved to about 40 seconds, but there's still a significant delay compared to before.
I'm curious if anyone else has faced similar issues or found ways to optimize the startup time. I suspect some new AI-enabled functions in Defender might be interfering. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
