Intouch Web_Browser widget error with RDS client

Hello,

We are opening Aveva Reports web portal page inside InTouch Viewer with using Web_Browser widget.

InTouch RDS server is running in a terminal server and RDS clients are running Intouch viewers remotely. Everything works but the Reports web portal does not open time to time.

When we check the logs on OCMC we see below messages:

HTML5 Widget location path :C:\Users\Public\Wonderware\Intouch Applications\Metal_Atik\Widgets

HTML5 Widget Control loaded Web_Browser at path C:\Users\Public\Wonderware\Intouch Applications\Metal_Atik\Widgets\Web_Browser

WidgetHostContol.WebView_CoreWebView2Ready: WebView2 was not initialized successfully.

Architecture:

Notes:

*Aveva Reports is running on a different server

*We have Intouch Unlimited license

*ChatGPT advices to check Webview2 runtime to run in RDS environment (would it be the reason for our case?)

    i experienced same issue, is there any solution to fix this issue?

    My case is on Intouch access anyhere (on RDS)

    the Web Browser Widget only can display on 1 client connection, the web browser widget does not open for other client connection.

    The log says:

    WidgetHostContol.WebView_CoreWebView2Ready: WebView2 was not initialized successfully.
