InTouch 2023 R2 SP1 with OI Gateway to connect to an Endress+Hauser Wetzer OPC Server (OPC DA 4.0) on the same machine, but i can find the server name but not browse the OPC items

I using InTouch 2023 R2 SP1 with OI Gateway to connect to an Endress+Hauser Wetzer OPC Server (OPC DA 4.0) on the same machine, but i can find the server name but not browse the OPC items.How can I fix it.

    It seems like you can browse but the OPC server does not provide any content.

    At this point its very hard to say what could be the real reason for your issue.
    You could use a secondary client, such as Matrikon OPC Explorer to get a 'second opinion'.
    If Matrikon can provide a list of items then there is something to sort out on the OI Gateway side.
    If Matrikon displays the same behavior then you need to check configuration on your OPC Server.

    Browsing, registration and publication of a OPC Server is managed by a service named OPC Enum, so ensure that this is installed / running as well. 

    You should also check Windows Event Log to ensure that you do not have any DCOM related errors or warnings.
