We have two runtime Intouch without IO server license(2012R2), can these two Intouch communicate with each other and send data?
If we buy a new version Intouch(2020 Development licenses), can this Intouch communicate with the two runtime without IO Intouch above?

One more question, If I restart the remote Intouch, I find the data in local Intouch will not refresh unless I restart local Intouch.
In SMC, it show Node "192.171.1.33" disconnected, and will not connect when remote Intouch restart.
Is there any solution?
