If you can share more info on the issue, regarding what you are observing on InTouch stopped reading license and in logs etc..., that will help others to suggest where to check.
Hi Ahmet, couple of things, if you share the SMC / OCMC logs we can see what happened. Other way you can do is license reservation. From the screenshot also there is no serial number on it , normally every license has a serial number.
