Alarm Equipment Tree

Hi,

I want to ask for some solution, we got problem in our application (CITECT SCADA 7.5 SP1 Patch 35.

On pages alarm, summary, soe we have strange problem with dissapear equipment tree. We use SxW template.

Did someone have similar problem ?

    I'd recommend you get in contact with Citect Support to assist troubleshoot this issue further. It definitely looks like the Client is losing the equipment model (which is hosted in the Report Server). I've not seen this issue reported by other customers so it looks like it may be specific to your environment or configuration.
