The only workaround I know is to use underscores.
Set for instance the following SQL statement

Select name as Name_____ from table

We get data from SQL table through a SQL Stored Procedure.

It's a solution to change the select command in procedure, but seems not to be best solution.

The is a limitation in Database exchange obeject. It should there be a method to adjust the column width

In my application when i show some events from SQL databases i use method: DXSetColumnWidth

_ObjectCallMethod(ObjectByName("Zdarzen_ANSQL"), "DXSetColumnWidth",2,10000);  (Column 2 is the 3rd column from 0-User,1-Data,2-Description)
