I am trying to determine what the total time should be for a DNPR control command to be set and the status of the associated status point read back to Citect. So if I send a pulse on command to a field device which will close the device and also have a binary input that monitors that devices open/close status, how would I calculate the max time for this whole transaction? I know it will depend on the various timing parameters that can be set in the INI, but I'm just not sure how to add those up to calculate this. Also want to take into account the possibility for timeout/retries on both the control and subsequent input points poll.
