64 bit application can't open using exec

I have widows 10 IOT 64 bit OS i want open onscreen keyboard using Exec("osk.exe")

But cant open same code running in 32 Bit.

if any one have keyboard cicode kindly share we me.

This is not a Citect problem, it's more of a windows problem, as a 32 bit application (Citect) is not allowed to launch a 64 bit application (osk.exe) If you google on this you will find more info (as this is not related to Citect)
