Trend Client Run Error

I get trnclirun error in runtime while I use a variable tag connected to PLC.

the same tag I can use for Citect V6.0, it works fine. but when I use Citect V7.2 it gives this error.

if I use local variable then I have no issues.

Citect V: 7.2

tag name: Output

Variable tag add: N7:29

Data type: UINT

IO Dev Protocol: ABTCP500

Can someone help on this...!!

Hi Nitin,
Your description is a little confusing. Is this a IO problem or a Trend Client problem? Are you trying to display a tag 'Output' on a Trend display (process analyst or old Trend page) or Graphics Page?
What is the protocol error (should be logged to syslog.dat for IO Server)?
You state that it worked in V6.0, so you have recently done an upgrade to V7.20?
I think this issue is probably best handled by Citect Support. I'd recommend you reach out to them and do a live session to demonstrate the issue and troubleshoot the ABTCP driver.
