You have first to define "Cluster", "Network Address" and "I/O Server"
After this open the "Driver reference help" from the "Start menu", and see how to define the communication with your PLC.

i guess thats on the explorer under project editor?

Create a new project based on a Starter project, then everything is implemented. For new IO Devices use the Assistant.
