Can't download Citect 2018 update file.

Hi Karol,

I reckon the Customer Support agreement for your site has expired.
You can check under your profile "Manage Profile" and the bottom section "Account Information" list the status of your agreements.
If all are expired,then this will result in the message you see and you should indeed contact local sales to renew the agreements to get access to the downloads again.
