I think your best option is to contact the IP Bullet Camera maker and ask if they provide an ActiveX control for their camera. If they don't provide an ActiveX control, chances are they do provide a Web interface. You could possibly access within Citect by embedding the Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser ActiveX control within Citect. There are technical notes and information in the help on how to do this.
