Panasonic PLC communication over TCP/IP

We have panasonic PLC Model Number is FP0H C32T this PLC have TCP/IP port.

Above setting done in citect scada.below PLC setting image.

PLease help me for this issue. PLC is working with serial communication.

Do you ping the destination IP from the SCADA PC? Check if the port is correct and not blocked by firewall. Test (if possible) with i direct connection (crossed cable) between SCADA PLC and PLC.
