Need to change the icons

It is not really clear to me which icons you want to change, but I see 2 options:

1) The icons in the alarmbanner (top) for navigating to the alarm pages are bitmaps in the normal template, so you would need to change them there (by making you own template / copy, since otherwise the changes might be overwritten on a Citect upgrade).
2) The icons in menu tree for navigating to the pages are defined in Citect Studio, "Visualization - Menu configuration" and then select Level 1 = "@(Alarms)" and change the symbol
