OFS3.61 for Citect 2018 installation

Dear community !

I'm currently installing Citect 2018 on Magelis RackPC (Windows7 SP1 x64) and facing issues with OFS activation. After complete the installation OFS is either claims, it's not activated or silently closes immediately after open (have reinstalled several times). Clearly i've lost my experience on clear PC Citect installation. But i remember it should work under Citect License. Register information is provided according to Q2651.

Please advise, what i'm doing wrong.

Hi Petr,
There was a bug in OFS 3.61 that stopped it from launching if the folder C:\Temp didn't exist. Try creating this folder on the C:\ Drive to see if this resolves your issue. It might also be worth checking out TechNote 8346 (legacy KB Q6251).

Yes, creating c:\temp folder helped for the first PC of two available.
Thanks for the tip. Will check further what's wrong with second machine.
