[Vijeo Citect 2015 SP1] Update Pages error - "Adding dbf record"

Hi all,

When performing an update pages operation, some pages presents the following error:

Adding dbf record
Form: dynamic object
Project: "my_project"
Cannot add record

How to correct this problem? Any suggestions?

  • It looks like there is a problem with the file 'pgdynobj.dbf' and/or its index file 'pgdynobj.ndx'.
    It could be that it is in use by another application or it might be corrupt.

    Please check that you are not editing this table in Excel or another third party tool.
    Also, when you use RDP to connect to your Citect machine, please check that Citect is not running multiple times in different RDP sessions

    Please comment here if the problem persists. There is a way to repair this dbf file, if nothing else helps.
