Exception 0xe0434352 occurred

I have a problem with the IOServer in SCADA Citect. After the compilation, when I try to launch Citech, The citeck is blocked because the IOServer1 process is not starting.

A errors report is generated with an exception description (Exception 0xe0434352 occurred at location 0x75562C92). 

Could someone help me?

    Unfortunately, this is a standard Visual Studio exception code. Many things could have caused this.
    Can you explain:
    - What Citect version you are running? Including ServicePack and Patch versions.
    - What I/O driver and protocol you are using?
    - What changes have you made to the project or configuration to trigger this error?
