Exception 0xe0434352 occurred

I have a problem with the IOServer in SCADA Citect. After the compilation, when I try to launch Citech, The citeck is blocked because the IOServer1 process is not starting.

A errors report is generated with an exception description (Exception 0xe0434352 occurred at location 0x75562C92). 

Could someone help me?

    the citect version is Citect32 (x86) Size 92008 Version 8.10. We don't have installed patches.
    We are using only MobNet to communicate with PLC and SNMP Get
    We have triggered this error for instance when we have tried to go a GET SNMP , but after we have resolved it. But now it cames back and we don't solve it else if we restart the server.
    I don't use particular drivers or protocols, in this moment is connected only a PLC and a PC.
