SNMPtrap service exception 0xC0000005

Hi,

When I turn on the SNMPtrap service I have an ecpetion 0xC0000005 on the IOServer of Citect.

I have tried in any ways to fix the problem (I have followed that guide https://troubleshooter.xyz/wiki/fix-application-error-0xc0000005/)

I have installed windows 10 pro - version 1803 - 17134.829. The version Citect is Citect32 (x86) Size 91520 Version 8.10 Update (Jun 11, 2019).

Have someone fixed this problem?

Hi Daniele,
The best option you have is to contact Citect Support and send them the crash log for further analysis.
Is this a new system you are setting up? Is it an upgrade from a previously running system? This information might also help.
I've not seen any reports of SNMPTrap causing a crash for many years (solved about 5 years ago in a driver update).

the origin of the problem is the file SNMPVars that was corrupted. That file was correctly compiled but maybe in copy and paste we have inserted some no right data so when we start the citect there is an communication exception between citect and SNMP trap service.
