Does AlmSummaryOpen provide a updating alarm list to the open session?
I am trying to look at an open session and grab any alarms that have been trigger since the session was started, but it looks like the alarms are not coming through.
When I use AlmSummaryNext at any point, it is always on the latest alarm (returns 412) but the alarm is not a new one.
