Citect SCADA R2

I installed the new version Citect 2018 R2.

The license 8.1 not working with this new version I thought I could update the key via License Activation but he told me that my key is up to grade with version 8.1 ?!

Has the license 8.2 not been published yet?

I think version 8.2 licenses have only been issued yet to people that have subscribed to the Beta program.
It's not the official release yet.

The authorisation code generator is generating upgrades to 8.2 if you are in support. Sounds like you need to update your Key.

Hi Pascal,
I recommend you get in contact with Citect Support. They will be able to assist you with the license upgrade. The official release of Citect SCADA 2018 R2 is now available on the Knowledge and Support Center (https://softwaresupportsp.aveva.com/#/).
The version of the product is 8.20 and will require the license to be upgraded to 8.2 to work correctly. Check that your license is covered by a valid support agreement. The license generator can be found here: https://softwaresupport.aveva.com/LicenseGenerator/Citect/#?selectedTab=LicenseGenerator
