Change Equipment Name

Hello,

I have a project with 10 equipments of the same type.

I need to copy the same software and change the equipments name for another customer.

How can  I change the names without open every page in the graphics builder and adjust each genie's parameters?

How can I change the equipment name in the left column of Citect Default alarm list?

  • If you want to change the genie properties you always have to open the page, modify and save the page. This could be done using some scripting using Graphics Builder Automation.

    For changing the equipment in the column you have to adjust the equipment in the definition of the alarms. If the application is generated using the equipment editor, you just have to change the tree and update the equipment.
