SNMPII Driver Configuration

Hi--

I am trying to understand how to use Citect's SNMPII driver. I have specified in the snmp port to use the file SNMPVARS.DBF, but this file does not appear when the project is compiled. The driver support says SNMPVARS will be created, but I do not see it in the project folder.

See the attached files, one with a screenshot (from 6.10) of the configuration forms, and the other of an example SNMPVARS.DBF.

Hopefully these should help.

Sorry, I couldn't attach the DBF (cause this forum is ... lacking), I added a screenshot instead.

Thank you Nick and Svetlana. I will try the .dbf file as shown above, if that fails I will look into MIB2CIT. I'll reply back what I find out.

The SNMPVARS files have to be created and placed in the user directory, from what I can remember. I have used the SNMP driver a few times, long time back.
