Equipment Editor Improvements

I also had difficulty with loading the equipment editor when there are lots of entries. so I resorted to building the equipment types by building the equipment types using xml to define the items, tags, alarms etc. then specify the xml in the equipment type dbf, then using the update equipment to instantiate each equipment. i found that to be much faster than setting up the equipment within equipment editor and i could factor in changes to the equipment types quite easily.
