Citect Historian Installation

Hello,

I am using CITECT HISTORIAN 2016.

I am able to install the historian but not the SQL

When start setup from HISTORIAN SQL after some time it says SQL SERVER 2012 Installation completed.

But actually there is no installation happened , no SQL server and services seen in control panel.

Shall I install the SQL Server 2012 Express and SQL Management studio externally by downloading from microsoft site.

Please reply Urgent

    As Oliver said,
    Download Citect Historian 2016 No SQL setup (https://softwaresupportsp.aveva.com/#/producthub/details?id=52766) and SQL Server 2012 (https://softwaresupportsp.aveva.com/#/producthub/details?id=51206) (this is 32bit version).

    Then Copy all SQL Server 2012 files to "HistorianSQL\Extras\1033\SQL Server\" path and try to install it again.

    Make sure that before you start the installation you removed all unnecessary SQL temp files as well as applications.
