I need to know about official support ...I don't have any troubles in production .. some time ago anti-viruses was represented in compatibility matrix..... but for Citect 2018 they are absent ....

AVEVA (and Citect) doesn't officially support any specific version of antivirus, since there are so many options and products on the market. We can only give the generic advice that antivirus needs to be configured to not scan files that Citect reads and writes to frequently. E.g. exclude scanning Data and Log folder. If this is not done, it may impact the performance and stability of the system.
In our test environment we use McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.8.0 and Cylance Protect 2.0 (both corporate issued software).

The only thing I can add is that in some projects the citect.ini file is constantly read/written so that (the Config folder) could also be excluded from scans.
