Values multiplied (x10) in Equipment Trend Area in SA template

Hello

We have one Citect clients in the plant, using a different OS than other clients that display the values from equipment in trend information multiplied by 10.

We check the regional settings of both clients and are identical.

Can you help me to find the problem?

Can you show us the trend tag configuration like at the picture ?

I can see that the trend has the correct values (graph with balck background), but the process analyst is not ok. But the diference is not always x 10, the power factor (your Fp) is 100 x. So it should depend of decimal separator. So If the project is the same, I guess is related with regional settings. If you already checked the user settings, check the default system settings.

Thank you for your answer. we found a issue in Current language of Non-Unicode programs.

The issue is now fix.
