Real time Refresh

Hi,I have some Problem with real time values from powermeter .It,s not refresh and keep holding all same values when using Citect Demo version. However, if using the licensed version, the values are refreshed in real time, but it takes a long time. (About half a minute or higher per time)
Which part i must to config? Citect.ini ,Computer setup Editor and else. thank you very much for your advise.

What protocol are you using? If it's DNP then it could be that the event polls are not being sent/activated at the meter and the changes you are seeing are the class 0/all polls that will always update every value. If this is the case you could adjust the DNP event parameters at the meter and increase the event polls in Citect. Anothe roption would be to just disable the event polls and setup your class 0 polls to be as quick as you want. This would be done in the Citiect INI file
