Pages are not updating in Citect 2018 Update 15.

Hi Kaushik,

1. Can you describe the changes you have done? Was it changing expressions, a tooltip, adding/removing objects?
2. Did you, at anytime, manually delete any pg*.dbf file in any of your project or include projects?

Can you open one of the pages that is not updating, then:
1. Visually verify that the updates are shown on the page
2. If they are, Press SAVE
3. Compile and Run

If that works, then the answer to my questions above may help narrow down what has gone wrong.

Actually, Backup is running properly in my laptop but when I have restored the same backup in another laptop then issue started. When I have opened single-single pages and save it again then issue resolved. I have not faced this kind of issue after Citect 7.0 version but again facing such issue in Citect 2018.

Is the backup from 2018, or an earlier version?
Is the backup being combined with projects already on the other computer?
When you say "not displaying correctly" what do you mean?

If Save is resolving the issue, then that means the Update Pages believes there are no changes and so it skips the save process. Manually saving forces the save process. Obviously you can work around this, by saving every page manually, but it would be good to understand more to narrow down why citect believes your pages are up-to-date.

Do you have the correct project selected (active) when you perform your Update Pages command? This could be important if you work with include projects (sub projects).

Backup is from 2018. I am running the backup in one computer and when I have run the same backup in another computer pages are not showing proper genie objects on page. So I have save each pages in the new computer and restart Scada Runtime.

Yes. Backup is active during update pages.

Can you confirm the [Animator]FastDisplay value on both of your systems is the same.
I reckon you may get incorrect results if the backup was created with 0 and on the restored system is 1, as the fast display files would be missing.
