Hello all,

I am working with Citect Studio. I deploy a project to the deplyment list and already set up the clients.

When i am going to the tab "Computers" i can see the clients but the Status of the clients is offline. What i have to do to get the status online and can deploy the projects for the clients?

    If the clients have been registered with the deployment server correctly, and they appear in the list of computers in the deployment view, then there is a possibility that the Citect Runtime is not running on the remote clients. This is responsible for managing the deployment client status. If the Citect Runtime is active on the remove machine, see what the status of the Deployment Client, check citect.ini settings on the remote machine. Finally check that you have latest update for Citect, as there were some fixes to deployment code recently.
  • I just had that problem with Citect 2016. It had been a while since we had done any deployment. The Citect Deployment Server Service was not running and had to be manually started. THen the computers were still not online and had to be individually rebooted to register. Afterward, I was able to deploy my project
