Using CitectScada 2018 Event to Pulse variable Tag

We are using Citect Scada 2018. i will like to use Event from citect to pulse a digital address in my PLC at specific times (5:55:00 GMT) at a period of 12 hours every day. And subsequently repeat it at 17:55:00 GMT at a period of 12 hours. This is to enable me move accumulated register to another register. i have tried below but wasn't successful;

Name: GLOBAL

Cluster Name: GFDM

Time: 5:55:00

Period: 12:00:00

Action: SHIFT_TRANSFER_RST=1;SLEEP(1);SHIFT_TRANSFER_RST=0;

i have also replaced the action with Pulse(SHIFT_TRANSFER_RST); but not successful.

Can anyone assist please ?

Global events are run on the client part, but a user has to be logged in to write to tags. I would rename the event to 'IOServer' and enable this event on the I/O Server process using the computer setup wizard (or put it in the profile).

Thanks for the feedback, I wish you can throw my lights on your suggestion. I am now getting used to citect 2018.
