DNPR Driver - Force Class 0 Polls (not 3210)

I have a problem device that I cannot seem to get to provide the correct time stamping of event data, so the associated alarms show up with out of synch times on alarm pages. Though I hope to get the clock/timing corrected, in the mean time I would like to force Citect to only request Class O (static data) and then time stamp it once Citect receive it. I have set the DNPR parameter to force status data to be time stamped at Citect (can't remember exact parameter name) and I have also set all the event class polling to 0. So at this point it is only sending integrity polls, but these still include event polls so Citect receives and processes event time stamps. Unfortunately the remote device does not have the ability to disable event polling replies

I know Citect is capable of sending only Class 0 polls as it does it when devices first come back online. As I have seen in network traffic captures. But I cannot seem to be able to force it to only send the Class 0 polling regularly. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

Andy
