Exiting Demo Mode

Hello, we have been encountering an issue where after 24 hours our runtime application says the demo mode is over, and kicks us out.

We have a citect dongle, the license is up to date, and it is plugged into our industrial PC. I've set the computer role to 0 and set it up as a server. I read on the Schneider website that you have to restart Citect with the dongle plugged in. Doing this hasn't changed the outcome.

I know the program can see the dongle because if we have it unplugged OPC won't launch, but when it is plugged in it will and we can read values from our PLC. We are never asked to put the program into demo mode when we launch it.

We are using Vijeo Citect 7.5 on a Windows 7 platform (SP1 is not installed - I found I kept getting "Citect32.exe not found" errors). 

Please advise. This will be the fourth project I am installing a Vijeo Citect 7.5 system for this client and it is the first time we've encountered this issue.
