How to run a cicode function when any alarm occurs?

i would like to run a cicode function which excute a python function to send text message via Amazon SNS services.

i put a cicode function inside Alarm category in the area which says ON Action. but didn't work.

any help would be appreciated.

The function called in the alarm action should not be a blocking function. It's better use a function that calls a new task with your real function, so it will not the blocking and it's faster for the alarm system

I agree with Nuno,
Just use TaskNew() to start your original function.
