our Citect SCADA 2018 project utilizes the MultiMonitors functionality on three physical displays with 3840x2160 resolution. Project settings are managed by profiles.
We have noticed that occasionally (but unfortunately, regularly) our SCADA project fails to launch on all displays and instead launches only on the first display. The reason is that the parameter "[MultiMonitors]DisableDisplay" gets removed from the profile .ini file for some reason. The solution is to manually add the parameter back into the profile .ini file with the Setup Editor tool and restart the client process.
Is there any way to stop Citect from removing this parameter?
In addition, the help file says the default value for this parameter is "False (0)- Enable startup loading of Multimonitor functionality". However, if the parameter gets removed from the profile .ini file, multi-monitors functionality doesn't seem to work.
